Chris Casey - General Manager

As General manager, MAXimusSolutions Australia Training, Chris has more than 30 years experience in Executive Senior roles within the public and private sectors including Social Security and the Australian Taxation Office. Chris has extensive experience in leading change in large orgainsations, particularly within the client services area and holds formal qualifications in Psychology and Sociology.


Robert D Stothard - National Training Manager

Robert has worked in both the public and private sector with many years of experience in business management, staff recruitment and induction, employee and client education and vocational training. His experience and knowledge of the job market coupled with his personal skills in coaching ensures success. As a career management consultant, Robert supports the belief that career development is a lifelong process and can assist people to manage their careers, make occupational and study decisions, job searching, resume preparation and career planning. Robert is a highly motivational public speaker and has qualifications in Training, Business, Hospitality and Mental Health First Aid.


Trainers and Assessors

MAXimusSolutions Australia has over 100 experienced and qualified Trainers nationally, and all hold current qualifications in Training and Assessment. Our Trainers have a number of years experience, working and training across a range of industries including: Business and Business Administration, Corporate Training and Coaching, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Customer Contact Centres, Conservation and Land Management, Horticulture, OH&S, Information Technology, Warehousing, Job Services Australia and VET in Schools.
