Health Management Solutions and Training Solutions currently operate under one general manager with Performance Managers and Senior Health Officers at the lower levels.

Kylie Henderson - Chief Psychologist

Kylie joined the organisation in mid 2007 after a career of 9 years in employment services. Kylie is a clinical psychologist who has worked for private and government organisations. Kylie is the national manager of MAXimusSolutions Health and Job Capacity Assessment Services covering NT, NSW, WA, VIC, TAS and QLD.

Sacha Gibson - Health Performance Manager QLD & NT

Sacha is a psychologist with 18 years experience in a broad range of work environments including vocational rehabilitation, disability employment services, mental health and Employee Assistance Program counselling services. Sacha joined MAXimus Solutions in September 2007. Sacha is responsible for the performance, coaching and supervision of the Health Service Officers in Queensland and the Northern Territory regions.

Scott Laing - Health Performance Manager NSW

Scott is an Occupational Therapist and the Performance Manager for New South Wales. Scott joined MSA in November 2007 and is responsible for business operations of Health Services Officers across NSW. Scott is an Occupational Therapist who commenced his career in Rural NSW before working for 2 years in Hospitals in the UK and Ireland. The last 5 years have been mostly spent in the occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation and injury management industries.

Glenn Jordan - Health Performance Manager VIC, TAS & WA 

Glenn is a Psychologist and has Completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences at Griffith University in Brisbane and a post graduate Diploma in Psychology at Monash University in Melbourne. Glenn has spent the last 5 years working for JCA providers doing training and auditing for work job capacity. Glenn has prior experience in Vocational Rehabilitation and Occupational Rehabilitation as well as Psychosocial Rehabilitation. Glenn is the Health Performance Manager for VIC, TAS and WA.

Sharon Howell - National Senior Occupational Therapist

Sharon is the National Senior Occupational Therapist. Sharon Howell joined Maximus Solutions Australia in 2003. Since graduating from LaTrobe University in 1997, she has worked in various Public and Private Hospital settings, including acute health, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, paediatrics, community health and aged care settings.  Sharon has a strong background in supervision of staff and students and a keen interest in quality assurance activities. Sharon holds a Bachelor (Occupational Therapy), Certificate in Quality Supervision, Certificate in Health Economics and is an Accredited Occupational Therapist.

Anatoly Kuzmis - Senior Occupational Therapist

Anatoly joined MAXimusSolutions in 2001 as an Occupational Therapist. Since then Anatoly has worked both in the Employment Services division as well as providing a full range of Occupational Therapy services for many of the different contracts which MAXimusSolutions has held. Anatoly graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.

Daniel Harrison -  Health Performance Manager

Daniel is a psychologist with background in organisational psychology. Daniel is currently completing his PhD in employee retention and brings practical experience from a variety of backgrounds. Daniel's prior experience includes research management, change management, training & elearning design and information technology. Daniel has gained this experience in both public and private sectors ranging from areas of human resource management to private consulting.

  

Tammy Burns - Health and Training Operations Team Leader (Admin)

Tammy has worked for MSA for the past four years in various roles. These varied roles have provided Tammy with experience in many different areas such as, business administration, customer service, problem solving, facilitating pre-employment training, conducting traineeships and promotion of MAXimusSolutions services. Tammy is the Team Leader for the Health and Training Operations Team who provide support to Senior Management, Trainers, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists along with providing support to MAXimusSolutions's varied client base. Tammy currently holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training a Certificate III in Business and is currently studying a Cert IV in Frontline Management.
