Karen Cooper - Acting General Manager, Health
With six years experience within the MAX team, Karen's strong operational knowledge of both corporate and employee expectations brings a fresh new perspective to health services. Alongside a dedicated team of health professionals, Karen is working to promote an improved employee environment across business and government with a greater emphasis on employers' ability to provide employee health services.
Karen's underlying passion is enabling others to develop and learn. She has twenty years experience in delivering end to end management leadership training and the same drive for professional development shines through in her current role.
Ian Scarborough - NSW & ACT State Manager
Ian Scarborough has been a member of the Health team at MAXimusSolutions Australia since 2007. Before taking on his current role as Acting NSW & ACT State Manager, he was an integral member of the physical health services team at MSA. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Ian has a range of industry experience including the provision of health interventions within corporate health, cardiac rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and most recently Job Services and Disability Employment. He has a particular interest in the use of exercise and lifestyle change in the treatment of chronic and complex health conditions.

Brad Forge - QLD & NT State Manager
Brad is an Occupational Therapist and the State Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. Brad joined MSA in January 2010 and is responsible for business operations of Health Services Officers across QLD/NT. Brad is an Occupational Therapist who commenced his career in Brisbane, predominately specialising in the occupational rehabilitation market for the last 6 years. Brad has held national roles in management, business development and account management, and has strengths in growing and maintaining service excellence.

Jason Vella - VIC & TAS State Manager
Jason Vella is a Registered Psychologist with an extensive history of counselling and providing psychological and vocational interventions within organisational settings. He has worked in addictive behaviour change for consumers of nicotine replacement therapies, developing, delivering and evaluating remote intervention strategies such as telephone, email and internet resourced interventions. Jason previously worked in occupational rehabilitation delivering vocational interventions, adjustment to disability counselling and workers compensation consultation prior to taking on roles in management of allied health staff within the workers compensation industry. Jason commenced with Maximus Solutions Australia in March 2008. Since commencing with MSA, Jason has directly provided services across all major accounts held by MSA, participated working groups contributing to service design and quality and worked in training and mentoring allied health staff before starting his current role as State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

Tracey Lakey - WA & SA State Manager
Tracey Lakey has been working in the Injury Management industry for over 14 years. Tracey has been employed with a number of Insurers working under various Workers Compensation legislations across Australia in roles from Case Coordinator, Trainer and State Manager. Tracey moved into the Vocational Rehabilitation sector and managed Allied Health Teams in ACT, NT and now WA and SA.
Tracey has a keen interest in the ongoing development of staff and the delivery of a quality health service to both our clients and the community.

Ann Thornton - National Clinical Quality, Performance & Innovation Manager
Ann is a registered Clinical Psychologist and board accredited supervisor with 25 years experience as a director of and senior practitioner within a multidisciplinary health unit. Ann has a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) from the Flinders University of South Australia and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society with Clinical College recognition.
Ann is a Member of the Professional Practice Advisory Group to the Board of Directors of the Australian Psychological Society and is currently a member of the Strategic Leadership Program. She has taught in the clinical programs of a number of Universities, has supervised Masters students in their clinical placements and is an accredited supervisor of probationary psychologists meeting registration requirements.
Ann has been with MAXimus Solutions Australia since July 2009 and is currently the National Clinical Quality, Performance and Innovation Manager, a role which ensures the quality service provision of the day to day practice and professional development of psychologists and other Allied Health professionals within the organisation.
Molly Robbins - Clinical Quality, Performance & Innovation Team Leader
Molly Robbins is a Clinical Psychologist and member of the Clinical College of Psychologists with over 12 years experience working in a variety of corporate and government settings. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Griffith University and has a background working in mental health settings, employee assistance programs (EAP), and Private Practice prior to commencing with Maximus Solutions in 2009. Molly has held leadership and mentoring roles over the past 4 years with a particular interest in providing supervision and training in psychology. Molly is an approved supervisor in QLD and responsible for assisting in the provision of Supervision and Training to health staff nationally as part of the Quality Performance Innovation (QPI) Team. The QPI team ensure the delivery of best practice evidence based health services. Molly is also currently the national manager of our National Panel of Assessor Services.
Lisa Gamer - Comcare Team Leader
Lisa has worked in the occupational/vocational rehabilitation sector for over 7 years. Lisa has been employed in a number of Commonwealth Departments in the capacity of a senior rehabilitation case manager as well as a Team Leader of compensation claims team working working under the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, 1988 (SRCA). Lisa with extensive injury management knowledge and a thorough understanding of the entitlements and legislative requirements of the SRCA, Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, 2004, and the Australian Defence Force Rehabilitation Program. Following her move to the Private Sector, Lisa worked as a Rehabilitation Service Manager for a large Rehabilitation Organisation overseeing rehabiltiation services and practices as well as undertaking Business Development Activities across a number of regional and metropolitan offices in several States. Lisa came to MSA in 2009 and has worked as a Team Leader of a Health Team in NSW whilst providing group and individual interventions aimed at overcoming multiple barriers to facilitate a return to work for our clients. Lisa's role has now grown to the position of National Manager for the management of the Comcare service line responsible for the development and implementation of services in this sector. Lisa is an accreditted Rehabilitation Counsellor (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) and a Provisional Psychologist (NSW Psychologists Registration Board).
