Kylie Henderson - Chief Psychologist
Kylie joined the organisation in mid 2007 after a career of 9 years in employment services. Kylie is a clinical psychologist who has worked for private and government organisations. Kylie is the national manager of MAXimusSolutions Health and Job Capacity Assessment Services covering NT, NSW, WA, VIC, TAS and QLD.
Sacha Gibson - Health Performance Manager QLD & NT
Sacha is a psychologist with 18 years experience in a broad range of work environments including vocational rehabilitation, disability employment services, mental health and Employee Assistance Program counselling services. Sacha joined MAXimus Solutions in September 2007. Sacha is responsible for the performance, coaching and supervision of the Health Service Officers in Queensland and the Northern Territory regions.
Scott Laing - Health Performance Manager NSW
Scott is an Occupational Therapist and the Performance Manager for New South Wales. Scott joined MSA in November 2007 and is responsible for business operations of Health Services Officers across NSW. Scott is an Occupational Therapist who commenced his career in Rural NSW before working for 2 years in Hospitals in the UK and Ireland. The last 5 years have been mostly spent in the occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation and injury management industries.
Anatoly Kuzmis - Health Performance Manager VIC, TAS & WA
Anatoly joined MAXimusSolutions Australia in 2001 as an Occupational Therapist after graduating from LaTrobe University. Since then Anatoly has worked in the Employment Services Division as a Business Manager as well as providing a full range of Occupational Therapy services for many of the different contracts held by MAXimusSolutions Australia. Anatoly is responsible for business operations of Health Services Officers across VIC, TAS and WA sites.
Sharon Howell - National Senior Occupational Therapist
Sharon is the National Senior Occupational Therapist. Sharon Howell joined MaximusSolutions Australia in 2003. Since graduating from LaTrobe University in 1997, she has worked in various Public and Private Hospital settings, including acute health, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, paediatrics, community health and aged care settings. Sharon has a strong background in supervision of staff and students and a keen interest in quality assurance activities. Sharon holds a Bachelor (Occupational Therapy), Certificate in Quality Supervision, Certificate in Health Economics and is an Accredited Occupational Therapist.
Daniel Harrison - Health Performance Manager
Daniel is a psychologist with background in organisational psychology. Daniel is currently completing his PhD in employee retention and brings practical experience from a variety of backgrounds. Daniel's prior experience includes research management, change management, training & elearning design and information technology. Daniel has gained this experience in both public and private sectors ranging from areas of human resource management to private consulting.
