Our senior team is made up predominantly of former APS, State Government and ACT Government Senior Executive Officers, ex Senior Partners and Principal Consultants of other consultancy firms and previous senior managers of private sector companies. The team has accumulated a wealth of practical experience, an excellent understanding of machinery of government, government policies and the commercial business environment.
Michael Hobday - Managing Director
Michael has over 25 years of management experience as CEO for a number of companies and as a senior government official in the Federal and Qld State Governments. Michael's experience centres on leadership, service delivery and change management in large multi-disciplined organisations delivering services throughout Australia. He has specific experience in the transport, health and employment sectors and has lead national reform in public sector outsourcing activities and organisational performance.
John Gaudry - Executive General Manager, Consulting
John has a strong business and management experience up to Managing Director level. He specialises in leading large projects requiring a mix of information technology, financial, business and strategic planning expertise and has extensive complex procurement and probity advisory experience.
John's 30 years senior management experience in a variety of contexts have provided him with a breadth of skills and expertise which he now applies across a broad range of complex strategic assignments for a variety of public and private sector clients.
Dianne Hamer - Senior Consultant
Dianne has a strong business and management experience up to Managing Director level and qualifications in Psychology, Education, Managment and a MBA .She has specialised in the employment, contracting and recruitment sectors and has particular expertise in customising recruitment and selection projects to meet clients needs. Dianne spent 15 years in the Commonwealth Public Service in the Department of Employment, Education and Training and then moved to the private sector working for two of the leading recruitment companies in a range of senior managment and national account management roles, with a focus on large private sector and government clients. This included two years in a boutique global financial services company, with 12 months as the Managing Director. Dianne has considerable experience managing large projects against a budget with on time delivery and almost 20 years experience in management, leading teams of up to 140 staff. She also has considerable experience in the training and human resources area and was a Selections Delegate within the APS.
Ken Moore - Executive Director
As the former CFO and a Deputy Secretary of Defence, Ken is a highly skilled professional management consultant with extensive high level Government experience. His finance background has placed him in high profile positions with the responsibility for the planning and management of budgets that exceeded $17 billion per annum.
Andrew Fleming - Executive Director
Andrew is an experienced financial executive with a unique blend of operational experience and solid financial credentials gained in both the public and private sectors in Australia and overseas. As CFO for Airservices Australia he initiated and led an organisation wide Business Transformation, introduced SAP systems and implemented pricing reforms. He has recently managed all financial aspects of the reconstruction and wind down of a Territory Owned Corporation. Prior to arriving in Canberra, Andrew was the CFO of major commercial businesses in Canada and the UK.
