Budda Jitja - Online Suite for Indigenous Jobseekers

The Budda Jitja Project is an online learning resource aimed at assisting Indigenous jobseekers to:

• Overcome practical, emotional and cultural barriers at work
• Achieve basic workplace related literacy and numeracy skills
• Achieve goals in the workforce
• Get the most out of work by balancing and managing work and life

The online delivery of this course provides learners with a self paced and non-threatening environment in which to learn and is delivered by a series of animated metors and 'buddas' and 'jitjas' to increase empathy and comfort with the material.
