The MAXimusSolutions team of psychologists have extensive experience in the administration and interpretation of a range of psychometric tests which can be used for:

MAXimusSolutions staff have access to a broad range of personality, intelligence, mood and vocational tests and are also able to administer and interpret organisationally selected tests where requested.
MAXimusSolutions is licensed to perform integrity testing. This style of testing is a recent development which has begun to take a more prominent role in the recruitment and selection process. Integrity testing measures attitudes and behaviours which are likely to influence honesty, performance, conscientiousness and social behaviour.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

MAXimusSolutions provides external employee assistance programs (EAP). These programs are delivered by fully qualified organisational and clinical psychologists who have extensive experience in this area.
Counselling can be conducted face to face at your premises or at our offices, in group or single one on one status, and via telephone for remote offices. We are also able to provide a 24 hour crisis line should your staff or company experience a crisis outside of working hours.

Our qualified psychologists are able to provide a clinical assessment service. This service usually consists of a number of assessment sessions, followed by the administration of appropriate psychometric testing to determine the nature and extent of the clients presenting problem(s) and to assist in intervention planning.
At the completion of the assessment you receive a Clinical Assessment report which outlines the assessment results including appropriate recommendations and intervention.

MAXimusSolutions staff can provide psychological counselling services. These services can be provided on-site or at our MAXimusSolutions offices.
Vocational Assessment

Individual vocational assessment is ideal for employees who are unsure of the work they are suited for; or for employees who have sustained an injury and require guidance on appropriate future career options. Vocational assessment takes into account the person's:
- Personality;
- Intellectual capabilities;
- Vocational interests;
- Skills and abilities;
- Local labour market considerations.
Vocational assessments involve completion of psychometric testing including an initial interview. On completion you will receive a comprehensive report that outlines the testing results in plain English , including suitable job options and relevant local labour market opportunities that match the person's vocational interests and aptitudes.
Career Counselling

This service is aimed at employees who display frustration/negativity with their career path or are unsure about courses/study options in their chosen career areas.
At the completion of the service you receive a practical, plain English summary report from our psychologist that outlines the testing results including course recommendations, suitable job options and career interest areas.
