Our staff can provide services to assist you in meeting your legal obligations to provide reasonable adjustment to employees, or applicants, with a disability. Before conducting an assessment, our staff will work with you to fully understand the genuine occupational requirements. Once these requirements are understood a comprehensive assessment of the person against these requirements will be undertaken.
On completion you will receive a report which outlines:
- whether the person can perform the inherent requirements of the position;
- recommendations of modifications or adjustments that may be implemented.
Our HR experts can also assist in discussing the "reasonableness" of the options being considered.

Manual Handling Training
- Tailored program
Manual Handling training decreases the risk of injury associated with manual tasks. The client will receive a tailored education program aimed at developing competencies in safe lifting, carrying and other manual tasks.
Physiotherapy Program
- Home management and assessment
A program for clients with a physical limitation to return to function or return to work. A home management program and a comprehensive assessment followed by up to 6 treatment sessions is provided.
