- Facilitation - a form of mediation which is generally used when the dispute/conflict is multi-party/multi-issue;
- Mediation -a confidential and voluntary process in which two people in disagreement come together with an independent and neutral third party who helps them make informed and clear decisions on how to resolve disagreements. The goal of mediation is to help people in dispute reach an agreement that is mutually satisfactory;
- Investigation Services - generally used when the facts of a matter are in dispute; in grievance processes or disciplinary matters.
