Employee Engagement

  • Engaging staff in community based agencies to assist them being 'present' at work and performing at their best. This service links employees into community and locally based agencies to support their psychosocial and family needs and ensure they are most productive at work.

Counselling can be conducted face to face at your premises or at our offices, in group or single one on one status, and via the phone for remote offices. We are also able to provide a 24 hour crisis line should your staff or company experience a crisis outside of working hours.
