POSITION: TEST MANAGER

Job Description/Duties:

Working in a rapidly changing multi-project release environment, you are expected to develop and deliver a project test plan and other relevant test set deliverables in line with DIAC's Testing Framework and support and manage a project test team. You are also expected to champion quality assurance objectives across all areas of the System Development lifecycle, be involved in the process of achieving efficiency and effectiveness improvements and achieve productivity targets on behalf of the Applications Testing Centre.

SELECTION CRITERIA - Essential

The following criteria must be addressed when submitting applications.

Minimum 8+ years continuous testing experience, with 3+ years experience as a Test Manager including experience managing large projects and teams

Experience in Government agencies preferred

Proven experience with test tools in particular Mercury Test Director/Quality Center

Extensive experience of testing concepts, principles, methodologies, the software development life cycle, systems development and customer manageme

Proven experience in the delivery of quality test artefacts (including but not limited to) Test Plans, Memorandum of Understanding, Weekly Project Testing Reports, Daily Testing Reports, Sign Off Reports.

Other Requirements:

Australian Citizenship Essential

Clearances: current or able to obtain

Also required full name as on passport/birth certificate, date of birth, town, state and country of birth and details of two referees
