Job Description/Duties:
· Maintenance and development of key DIAC systems and applications.
· Develop, maintain and unit test system components.
· Develop and update existing system design

Liaise with business analysts and testers to efficiently deliver high quality work.

SELECTION CRITERIA - Essential
· At least 5 years recent experience developing Java/J2EE/JEE applications

Core Skills & Experience:
· Experience with Object Oriented concepts
· Java/J2EE/JEE Design & Development (Generics, Annotations, etc.)
· Knowledge and experience with SOAP, XML, JMS, EJB 3, & Web Services
· Experience with Spring & Hibernate
· Rational Software Architect
· Strong oral and written communication skills

SELECTION CRITERA - Highly Desirable:
· WebSphere Portal Server
· WebSphere Integration Developer
· WebSphere Process Server 6.2
· Database design & development
· WebSphere Message Broker & MQ
· WebSphere Business Modeller
· WebSphere Application Server
· Experience working in a SOA environment
· Experience with Unix System Administration
