POSITION: USER CENTRED DESIGN ANALYSTS - SEVERAL POSITIONS

Job Description/Duties:
Contribute to (or manage where appropriate) the delivery of UCD Systems Development Lifecycle outputs for the below activities and tasks for a range of methods, ensuring the method is adhered to:
- Produce interface designs for:
- Custom Off the Shelf (COTS), i.e. Siebel;
- Custom Application Development (CAD), i.e. Websphere;
- Existing Systems (legacy), i.e. ICSE and eVisa ;
- Intranet and Internet
- Document designs in Specification documents
- Plan, facilitate and report on usability evaluations with system end users
- Conduct end user research
- Conduct Solution Visualisation activities with all project stakeholders.
SELECTION CRITERIA
A minimum of 3 years experience across these requirements is mandatory.
- Ability to undertake user research
- Experience in solution visualisation, client pathways, interaction models
- Experience in interface design, interaction design and solution design
- Experience in producing prototypes (paper, HTML)
- Ability to conduct and report on usability evaluation and heuristic reviews
- Ability to support accessibility testing
- Ability to support continuous business improvement
- Ability to identify risks, issues and opportunities for the business and users.

Australian Citizenship
Clearances: Current or able to obtain
